Paneer Paratha Paneer paratha is popular Indian flat bread made with flour and paneer stuffing. It is one of the popular paratha from Punjab. It is usually served in breakfast. Prep time – 20mins Cook time – 20mins Total time – 40mins Servings – 4 Ingredients: Two and half cups wheat flour / all purpose flour. 200 g.m grated / crumbled paneer. 2 green chilies chopped. 1 tsp salt. ½ tsp garam masala ¼ tsp carom seeds. 2 tbsp oil. Water Chopped coriander leaf. 1 tsp dried mango powder. 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves. 1 small finely chopped onion. Grated ginger. Method: 1. Take the flour into a bowl, add 1 tsp salt. 2. Add little hot water and start kneding soft and smooth dough. 3. Cover it and give it a rest for half an hour. 4. Now take a small bowl and add grated paneer, green chilies, grated ginger, coriander leaves, amchur powder, fenugreek leaves, carom seeds, garam masala powder, chopped onions and ½ salt. 5. Make a round ball shaped of dough. Place a tbsp of the stuffing and press it gently from the middle. Stuff the mixture and seal it nicely. 6. Using a rolling pin, gently roll the dough into a circle. 7. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. 8. Cook both side of the paratha. 9. Apply oil on both sides. Press with spatula and cook it until the parathas turn golden brown. 10. Enjoy the hot paratha with green chutney or pickle.
